helpful staff convenient location useful iron
The location suited my needs very well. i found the staff polite and helpful. my room had a hairdryer and iron with an ironing board. I found this beneficial.
I noticed that the sound insulation was not strong. I could hear noises from the adjacent room.

The room was very clean. It also had tea and coffee making facilities. This was much appreciated. I was allowed to check in early, great because I had an early arrival. The location is also excellent, very close to transport.

The hotel is centrally located near transport links, including bus, rail, and tram lines. This made getting around the city very easy. I could walk to most attractions and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
